SR 132 was considered to be a four-lane freeway at the merge <br /> and diverge. As shown in Table 3.L-23, the on-ramp merge from Bird Road to <br /> westbound SR 132 is projected to operate at LOS "F"during the AM peak design <br /> hour for all three design alternatives.
