SR 132 was considered to be a four-lane freeway at the merge and <br /> diverge. As shown in Table 3.L-43,the on-ramp merge from Bird Road to <br /> westbound SR 132 is projected to operate at LOS"F"during the AM peak design <br /> hour for the worst-case alternative.
