YEAR 2027 BASE CONDITIONS TRAFFIC OPERATIONS As previously noted, the SR-132/Bird Road Interchange Project Report has identified and evaluated three interchange design alternatives (Alternative 1 through Alternative 3). The year 2027 base conditions AM _ and PM peak hour traffic volumes for each interchange alternative are shown on Figure 15.
