There is a potential for rear-end collisions with fully loaded trucks entering <br /> westbound SR 132 at an incline grade due to the lack of an acceleration lane and the <br /> difference in speed. <br /> The Revised TIS analyzed the study locations based solely on Level of Service from the <br /> traffic operational capacity standpoint.
