A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the Department of Public Works shall be filed with the Department with a guarantee that, if the Permittee fails, refuses, or neglects to repair, under permit, any damages to Koster Road, Blewett Road or Bird Road, which may result from Permittee's operations, the Department of Public Works may do the work necessary to restore those roads and bridges equal to, or better than, its original condition, using the funds from said bond or cash deposit, subject to review and adjustment for inflation every five years. (Development Title Section 9-854.3) e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $168.90 per daily trip-end in the Tracy area.
