Demolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of all demolition material from the <br /> premises to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code Section 5-2401. <br /> h, A groundwater monitoring pian shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Division <br /> _ (EHO) for review and approval. The plan shall address overdraft, perched-water, flow <br /> patterns, and possible changes in groundwater quality.
