SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply,with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash <br /> or trailers, shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight(8) feet in height. <br /> Items stored within one hundred (100)feet of a dedicated street or <br /> residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2)feet above the <br /> adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][Q (Trailers <br /> parked on pavement rather than stored on aggregate do not require <br /> screening.) <br /> k) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements <br /> (CPC Chapter 4). <br /> (2) Provide a copy of the Soils Report to the Building Inspection Division. <br /> (3) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (a) Provide parking for the physically.disabled.
