Koster Road APN: 265-090-09 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated FIood Hazard Area. <br /> Koster Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. A Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development to provide pavement markers and restripe <br /> approximately 2,400 lineal feet of Koster Road at the `S' curve over the Delta Mendota Canal. The fee is <br /> $1,200.00. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br />
