Please keep 'in mind <br /> _ that the capacities for both water and sewer are limited to one ECU each and is permissible for <br /> development of the property for residential or small scale religious uses only. <br /> Both water and sewer ECU's will be available after completion of the sewer line in the Larch <br /> Clover area. The assessment district is paying for the construction of the main sewer line with <br /> lateral stubs for future connections to the fronting properties. The property owners will be <br /> responsible to obtain an encroachment permit from the City and make connection to the sewer <br /> lateral stubs. Similarly water connection shall also require an encroachment permit:from-the <br /> City_ Connection of both water and sewer laterals to the main shall be made by alicensed <br /> contractor hired by the property owner. In addition, the property owner shall also pay the water <br /> ECU fee before obtaining an encroachment permit from the City.
