Rausser Property Page 6 of 14
Our Project Number: E07121A
August 8, 2007
3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE
3.1 Existing On-Site Septic System Usage
According to a tentative site map provided by Baumbach and Piazza, one septic system
exists on site. The EHD well and septic permit files were searched in an effort to obtain
copies of permits for any septic systems on the subject property. One permit was found
for the addition to an existing system. The permit was issued to Cary Rausser in
November of 1995, and is described below:
Table 1.
On-Site Septic System Repair Permit Sum ary.
Address, Date Tank Lines, Length, Pits Comments
Capacity
11964 East Liberty Road --- Three, 40' leach lines Existing (according to
42" x 25' seepage pits drawing on permit)
11964 East Liberty Road --- One, 40 foot leach line, Addition to existing
one, 36" x 25' deep seepage pit system
3.2 On-Site Septic System Permit History
Please refer to section 3.1 for septic system permit history.
3.3 On-Site Septic System Repair Permit History
Please refer to section 3.1 for septic system repair permit history.
3.4 Existing Septic System Usage in the Vicinity
In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the site, our
office reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from
GoogleEarth TM. We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the site, and
made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this
method, we determined that there are a minimum of 20 septic systems per square mile
in the immediate vicinity of the site.
The general area consists of agriculture with a few scattered residences.
902 Industrial Way•Lodi,CA 95240•209.367.3701 •Fac 209.369.4228 02007 Neil O.Anderson&Assoctates,Inc.
