This project will be required to comply with the noise performance standards <br /> of Section 9-1025.9 of the Development Title. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS: <br /> An Initial Study was prepared for this project on September 1, 1992, and no significant environmental <br /> impacts were identified. On the basis of that review, a Negative Declaration was prepared. In addition, <br /> a Certificate of Fee Exemption with a Te Minimis Impact Finding'has been prepared which indicates that <br /> this project could not have a significant impact on fish and wildlife resources. <br />
