f. LOADING: Five(5yoading spaces shall be provided. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parting area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. No spillover beyond the property lines shall <br /> be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten-(10)foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Locke Road, shall <br /> be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) Al areas not us?d for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other <br /> permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept moored and dust <br /> free.(DevelopmentTrtle Section 9-1020) <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Tide. The parking <br /> area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the perimeter of the parting <br /> area, not including landscaping along the street frontage.
