Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The frontage improvements for Locke Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way Local Industrial Street. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $325.00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall <br /> be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br />
