gravel. There needs to be some kind of regular route for trucks when coming in and dropping <br /> things off that will need to be on asphalt concrete. Routes that are used occasionally need chip <br /> seal. The main route would need to be asphalt concrete. The parking area will need to be asphalt <br /> concrete or concrete. Mrs. Kellogg asked about where the front loader (rubber tire loader) could <br /> be parked. Mr. Martin said the loader could be parked on the dirt. <br /> Mr. Martin asked the applicants if there were any neighbors adjacent to the site. Mrs. Kellogg <br /> showed where the adjacent neighbor is located. Mr. Martin said if the property was adjacent to <br /> residentially developed or residentially zoned property it would need to be screened with a <br /> masonry wall. Mr. Karam suggested that they check with the Community Development <br /> Department staff regarding zoning for the masonry wall. <br /> Mr. Martin said that landscaping is required along frontage road with a 10-foot minimum from <br /> the curb. And 5% of the interior parking area requires landscaping. <br /> Mr. Karam discussed Public Works issues with applicants. <br /> Mr. Godinho of Environmental Health Division handed out a list of Health Department's <br /> conditions and these conditions were reviewed with the applicants. <br /> Ms. Hudson of Solid Waste Division discussed their issues with the applicants. <br /> Ms. Sayre discussed Department of Transportation issues. Ms. Sayre indicated that more <br /> information was needed to determine if a traffic study would be required. <br /> Mr. Martin suggested to the applicants that they contact Regional Water Quality Control District <br /> and any other agencies that might have any comments or conditions. <br /> Mr. Martin said he had received copies of comments from the Fire Marshall and from the <br /> Building Division.
