One permit was found during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> 1.3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> One on-site septic permit was found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. The <br /> permit can be found in the back of this report. <br /> 1.3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> One on-site septic repair permit was found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> The permits can be found in the back of this report. <br /> 1.3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office <br /> reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleEarth TM.
