The
SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites,
leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land
disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the
Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list.
DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response
sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and
permitted hazardous waste facilities.
Live Oak searched both databases on June 2, 2015 for any listed sites within
one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database,
and no additional facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site.
7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases
Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's
Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List dated June 18, 2014, as well as
the Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage
Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation FA, Site Mitigation RO, and
Local Oversight Program lists dated October 2014, for facilities of concern within
one-quarter mile of the Site. The following facilities were identified:
• Due Farms, 14251 Lone Tree Rd., Aboveground Storage Tanks list. This
facility is located approximately 350 feet northeast of the Site. Based on
its distance to the Site, the aboveground storage tank at this facility is
considered unlikely to impact the Site.
LOGE 1510 5
