December 2, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05139A <br /> L3.1.2 Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> NOA reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST)list (October 2005), the Water Purveyors <br /> Quarterly Deport on MTBE(October 2005),and the Spills,Leaks,Investigations,and Cleanups(SLIC)list(1" <br /> Quarter 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)'in <br /> L an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release <br /> of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile <br /> radius of the subject property. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases. Two <br /> addresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the LUST database: <br /> Derickson Trucking 15658 Escalon-Bellota Rd. <br /> Rosetti's Market 25411 E.Lone Tree Rd. <br /> L <br /> 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> According to Kim Blackwell of the EHD,records are on file for the subject property address of 25744 <br /> Lone Tree Road.' NOA reviewed the file for the subject property on November 1,2005. According <br /> to the file,one underground fuel storage farm tank was removed from the property in December 1988 <br /> (Appendix F). No additional details were available. C <br /> L The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List,dated August 5,2005,and the LOP/Nan-LOP Sites list, <br /> dated July 20, 2004,were reviewed at the EHD on October 18,2005. The following two listed sites <br /> within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on both databases: <br /> LDerickson Trucking 15658 S. Escalon-Bellota Rd. <br /> Rossetti's Service 25411 E.Lone Tree Rd. <br /> LBoth cases are listed as closed on the Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation list. <br /> i Files for Derickson Trucking, located approximately one-quarter mile south of the subject property, <br /> !r were reviewed at the EHD on November 29, 2005. According to a Remedial Action Reporte by <br /> AquaGeosciences,Inc. of Bakersfield,California,contamination was discovered at that site during the <br /> L removal of three underground storage tanks in 1992. AquaGeosciences removed the contaminated soil, <br /> bioremediated it on-site,and conducted confirmatory sampling both within the excavation and of the <br /> bioremediated soil.
