E05139A <br /> L2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937,1952,1963,1975 and 1983 were reviewed <br /> at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California.Z Two additional photos, dated <br /> 1993 and 2002,were obtained from Microsoft Terraserver.' <br /> L In the 1937 photo, the northern portion of the subject property appears to be part of a larger <br /> agricultural field. The southern portion of the property appears to be pasture land. An irrigation canal <br /> crosses the northeast corner of the subject property. Escalon-Bellota and Lone Tree Roads can be seen. <br /> LLAgricultural land is apparent on all sides of the subject property; building clusters can be seen to the <br /> north and west. <br /> In the 1952 photo,the entire subject property appears to be a portion of a larger agricultural field. One <br /> 4 structure is apparent on the parcel carved from the northwest comer of the subject property.New rural <br /> residences can be seen to the south. <br /> LIn the 1963 photo, a second structure and several sheds can be seen on the parcel carved from the <br /> northwest corner of the subject property. The subject property and its immediate vicinity otherwise <br /> appear relatively unchanged from the previous photo. <br /> V <br /> The scale of the 1975 photo is such that site-specific details cannot be determined. The property and <br /> Lits immediate vicinity remain relatively unchanged from the previous photo. <br /> In the 1983 photo,the rice dryer and a mobile home are apparent on the subject property. The property <br /> appears to be divided into three distinct fields. Two additional structures are apparent on the parcel <br /> V. carved from the northwest corner of the subject property. <br /> L In the 1993 photo, the mobile home is no longer apparent on the subject property. The Escalon <br /> Livestock Auction facility can be seen to the north. <br /> 4 In the 2002 photo,two structures are visible south of the former mobile home location on the subject <br /> L. property. Two additional small structures are apparent to the south of the rice dryer silos on the <br /> property. Surficial debris can be seen to the east of the rice dryer,south of the irrigation canal.
