E05139A L2.2 Aerial Photographs Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937,1952,1963,1975 and 1983 were reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California.Z Two additional photos, dated 1993 and 2002,were obtained from Microsoft Terraserver.' L In the 1937 photo, the northern portion of the subject property appears to be part of a larger agricultural field. The southern portion of the property appears to be pasture land. An irrigation canal crosses the northeast corner of the subject property. Escalon-Bellota and Lone Tree Roads can be seen. LLAgricultural land is apparent on all sides of the subject property; building clusters can be seen to the north and west. In the 1952 photo,the entire subject property appears to be a portion of a larger agricultural field. One 4 structure is apparent on the parcel carved from the northwest comer of the subject property.New rural residences can be seen to the south. LIn the 1963 photo, a second structure and several sheds can be seen on the parcel carved from the northwest corner of the subject property. The subject property and its immediate vicinity otherwise appear relatively unchanged from the previous photo. V The scale of the 1975 photo is such that site-specific details cannot be determined. The property and Lits immediate vicinity remain relatively unchanged from the previous photo. In the 1983 photo,the rice dryer and a mobile home are apparent on the subject property. The property appears to be divided into three distinct fields. Two additional structures are apparent on the parcel V. carved from the northwest corner of the subject property. L In the 1993 photo, the mobile home is no longer apparent on the subject property. The Escalon Livestock Auction facility can be seen to the north. 4 In the 2002 photo,two structures are visible south of the former mobile home location on the subject L. property. Two additional small structures are apparent to the south of the rice dryer silos on the property. Surficial debris can be seen to the east of the rice dryer,south of the irrigation canal. A new L shop building and commercial building can be seen on the parcel carved from the northwest corner of the subject property. L These photos are included in Appendix C of this report NOA's ability to interpret the land uses is limited by the scale and quality of the photos.
