CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-36 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 3) All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to <br /> the premises, with no spillover beyond the property. <br /> (Section 9-3704 [c] ) <br /> h. All parking stalls and driveway directions must be delineated. <br /> i. On the east property line of the parking area, a six-foot-high <br /> decorative wall or fence shall be constructed, and shall <br /> include a combination of vines and tree planters.
