Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> C. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County rules and regulations. <br /> e. Demolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of all <br /> demolition material from premises to an approved landfill <br /> site. <br />
