The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 , 603 . 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Office" in the <br /> Stockton area. If there is no building permit required, the <br /> fee will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record) . <br /> f. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of the building permit application. (The fee <br /> currently is $208 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building <br /> as "Office" . If there is no building permit required, the fee <br /> will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year at the rate of 6 . 9 percent. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> C. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County rules and regulations. <br /> e. Demolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of all <br /> demolition material from premises to an approved landfill <br /> site. <br />
