No spillover beyond the property line shall be permitted, except onto <br /> public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. Lighting details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.51g}{4}) <br /> g. Landscaping shall be installed in accordance with the approved Site Plan and <br /> Improvement Plan. Landscaping details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1020 of the <br /> Development Title, be included on the Improvement Plan, and be installed prior to <br /> issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the office/maintenance building. <br /> In. The access gate shall be recessed an adequate distance to prevent vehicles from <br /> blocking Lovelace Road when the gate is closed. <br /> i. Litter control crews shall police Lovelace Road on a daily basis and Union Road and <br /> Airport Way on a periodic basis to remove litter. <br /> J. The project proponent shall construct a new access drive between Lovelace Road and <br /> the Hayre Farms chicken brooding facility. Details of the access drive shall be included <br /> on the Improvement Plan, shall be constructed to minimum Fire Code and County <br /> standards, and shall be installed prior to issuance of any building permits for the <br /> approved use. <br /> k. All waste handling and transfer operations shall take place within the approved transfer <br /> building, and the tipping floor shall be swept regularly with a mechanical sweeper. <br /> Transfer trucks and roll-off boxes shall be cleaned periodically in the wash station. <br /> I. All doors, windows, and unscreened openings shall remain closed unless in actual use. <br /> Provide pest control services around the perimeter of the building as necessary. <br /> M. The following noise control measures shall be implemented: <br /> (1) Noise-generating construction activities shall be limited during the hours of 7:00 <br /> am. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to limit noise impacts on adjacent <br /> property. <br /> (2) Fixed and portable noise-generating equipment shall be located away from <br /> property lines. <br /> (3) All internal combustion engines and equipment shall be equipped with mufflers <br /> and maintained in proper working condition. <br /> n. The storm retention pond shall be constructed and maintained according to the <br /> requirements of the Regional Water Quality Control Board, and the retention pond shall <br /> be sampled and tested annually ff required by the RWQCB. <br />
