These Conditions of Approval will ensure the impact from traffic will be Less than <br /> significant. <br /> Noise: The noise performance standard for stationary noise sources require a daytime (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.) <br /> hourly equivalent sound level to remain below 50 dB Ldn with a maximum sound level of 70 dB Ldn and a <br /> nighttime (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) hourly equivalent sound level to remain below 45 dB Ldn with a maximum <br /> sound level of 65 dR°Ldn. There are no outdoor speakers proposed with this project. This project will be <br /> required to adhere to these standards. <br /> Excessive light: Parking area lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises with no <br /> spill over beyond tho property lines pursuant to Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]. The closest <br /> single family dwelling is more than 400 feet from the proposed parking area. <br /> Increased crime: The San Joaquin County Sheriffs Department was notified of this project on September 12, <br /> 2008. A verbal response was received from the Sheriff's Department on April 1, 2009, which stated that they <br /> have not received any calls for service. <br /> Land use: This project conforms with the current zoning of AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum)and <br /> the General Plan designation of AIG (General Agriculture). The surrounding uses are residential to the south, <br /> agricultural to the west, and commercial to the north.
