Past Uses of the Site Based on information reviewed for the Surface & Subsurface Contamination Report (Live Oak, 2015), the Site has been used for vineyard and orchard since 1937 or earlier. It appears that the bunkhouse on the Site originally dated to 1952 or earlier. The mobile home and smaller shop were originally constructed around 1973; the mobile home has c recently been replaced. The larger shop dates to 1979. The construction date of the small office is unknown. Existing)and Proposed Septic Tank Usage Existing Septic System According to Mr. McManis, three septic systems are currently located on the Site. One of these is a new system to serve the mobile home, the second is an older system also in place by the mobile home, and the third serves the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse and its septic system are planned for destruction in the near future. �G�/c2c�5tJ Proposed Septic System Mr. McManis indicated that a new shop building will be constructed on the Site; no new septic system is planned. On-Site Septic Permit History Six septic system permits for the Site were identified at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department: • July 1964 permit for new labor camp septic system. The system utilized a 3,600- gallon septic tank and three 70-foot leach lines. Wells are depicted to the west and south. • November 1967 permit addition of one 60-foot leach line to existing residential septic system. <3•2_,3.3) • October 1973 permit for new septic system at mobile home. The system utilized a 1,200-gallon septic tank and two 80-foot leach lines. • March 1976 permit for repair to residential septic system. A new 1,200-gallon septic tank and 150-foot leach line were installed. • October 2014 permit for septic system destruction at house. • December 2014 permit for new septic system at mobile home.
