V— <br /> C. Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> standards * <br /> (1) The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> (2) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- <br /> sensor system. <br /> (3) Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises, with no spillover <br /> beyond the project site. <br /> d. Signage shall be limited to one monument type sign <br /> conforming to Planning Title Section 9-3606 . <br /> e. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles, constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall, and gated on the fourth side. <br /> The location shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> f . All improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The construction of on-site improvements shall conform to <br /> the approved Improvement Plan. <br /> g. One copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to the <br /> Development Services Division for distribution to the <br /> involved County departments. A Plan Check fee will be <br /> required. <br /> h. A six-foot-high decorative wall or solid fence with a <br /> solid evergreen screen in a three-foot-wide planter shall <br /> be required along the northern property line adjacent to <br /> the parking lot. The installation of the wall or fence <br /> may be deferred, at the option of the Director of the <br /> Community Development Department, upon the execution of <br /> a Deferment Agreement with the County. Details of the <br /> fence shall be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> i . The farm produce advertising signs shall be removed from <br /> the parcel. <br /> j . Protective six-inch-high concrete curbs or standard <br /> concrete wheel stops shall be required where landscaped <br /> areas abut parking stalls or driveways . <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project.
