October 31,2003 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE03-311 <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> The Van de Pols propose to clear the property and divide the land into four parcels for sale as <br /> residential and agricultural land,according to Mr. Jason Davis of Associated Engineering. Mr. Davis <br /> was interviewed by telephone on October 30,2003, at 3:50 p.m. by Ms. Abigail Racco of this office. <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES <br /> 2.1 Recorded Land Title Records <br /> A chain of title report was neither provided nor requested by the client for NOA's use in preparing <br /> this report. <br /> 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1952, 1963, 1975 and 1983 were reviewed <br /> at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. <br /> In the 1952 photo, several structures are present on the subject property, possibly including the <br /> existing residence and a few barns. The remainder of the site appears to be used for row crops. An <br /> irrigation canal runs westward from the northeast corner of the subject property to the center of the <br /> property,then runs south through the entire site. Steinegul Road and Highway 120 are apparent, and <br /> all adjacent land appears to be used for row crops. <br /> In the 1963 photo,no significant changes are discernible from the 1952 photograph, described above. <br /> In the 1975 photo, the irrigation canal passing through the subject property is no longer apparent. <br /> No other significant changes are discernible from the 1963 photograph, described above. <br /> In the 1983 photo,the subject property appears much as it does today. The dairy-related structures <br /> are apparent, as well as at least one agricultural pond. A few residences are apparent to the west of <br /> the subject property. No other significant changes are discernible from the 1975 photograph, <br /> described above. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 5 <br />
