(Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> e. A minimum of ten (10) automobile parking spaces shall be <br /> provided for the approved use. The size and location of <br /> the parking spaces shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Section 9-1015 of the Development Title <br /> and shown on the Improvement Plan. The spaces shall be <br /> installed prior to the initiation of the approved use and <br /> shall be delineated. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> where necessary to protect structures or properties. The <br /> area around the office shall have a chip seal over <br /> appropriate base material; the entry road shall have <br /> asphalt concrete paving over appropriate base material <br /> from East Peltier Road to the end of the project <br /> development; and the area around the greenhouses shall <br /> have aggregate material. <br /> f . One freestanding sign shall be permitted as a part of <br /> this approval. Sign details shall be consistent with <br /> Section 9-1710 of the Development Title and shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> g. Any proposed lighting for the approved use shall be <br /> directed away from adjacent properties and Peltier Road. <br /> Lighting details shall be included on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> h. Any outdoor trash receptacles shall be contained within <br /> a trash enclosure. The enclosure shall be located on <br /> chip seal or asphalt concrete, be designed to accommodate <br /> all trash receptacles, and be screened on three (3) sides <br /> and gated on the fourth side. The location of the trash <br /> enclosure shall be designated on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. The driveway approach and access road shall be improved <br /> in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code Section 10. 207 , San Joaquin County standards F-la, <br /> F-lb, F-lc, and R-17 and the Liberty Fire District prior <br /> to issuance of the building permit.
