Encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> road right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 2) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a . Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. (Ordinance Code <br /> Section 5-3003) <br /> b. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , Section <br /> 5-4100 . <br /> C. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the <br /> water supply system(s) . (California Code of Regulations, <br /> Title 17 , Section 7603) <br /> d. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. If the above ground holding facility had to be <br /> emptied, you first would have to analyze the contents for <br /> any hazardous material. You can obtain specific test <br /> requirements from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> e. If hazardous material is stored on-site, the applicant <br /> must register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and <br /> shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br />
