r. Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at lease one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 5. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to and approved by <br /> the Environmental Health Department. <br /> b_ Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has a permit (SR0018377)dated January 13, <br /> 1965, for the installation of a septic system for a home for the church. <br /> c. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. Written confirmation is required from Public Works that improvements have been constructed or <br /> financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public sewer required by the <br /> agency.
