The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with <br /> a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted <br /> to Public Works for approval. As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for <br /> an additional fee of$140.00. 'rhe fee due will be based on the current fee schedule. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$182.82 per daily trip end generated in <br /> the Stockton area for buildings designated as Religious Assembly. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development <br /> on this site was in operation on or after April 23, 1990. (Resolution R-96-592) <br /> f. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is$456.00 per 1,000 <br /> gross square feet of building designated as Service Commercial. The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. A credit may <br /> be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after <br /> April 30, 1991. (Development Title Section 9-818.4, Resolution R-97-5) <br /> g. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> h. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> i. A detention pond shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the development. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> j. The applicant shall pay fair-share of the improvement costs for installation of a traffic signal at the <br /> intersection of French Camp Road and Ponderosa Street prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> The fair-share amounts to$20.600.00 (10.3 percent of$200,000.00)for the installation of a future <br /> traffic signal. (Traffic Study dated June 2002 by Omni-Means) <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Lisa Medina, 468-3455) <br /> a. Sewage disposal shall be served by a package treatment system. The proposed system shall <br /> incorporate and demonstrate nitrate reductions in the final effluent disposal so as not to impact the <br /> first aquifer quality. A Registered Engineer must design and sign the plans(Development Title <br /> Section 9-1105.2). A review fee of$445.00 shall be submitted to Environmental Health Department <br /> with plans and specifications. <br /> b. The applicant will need to demonstrate a sewage disposal design that will serve a proposed peak <br /> amount of parishioners and visitors. In addition, design criteria shall incorporate the Environmental <br /> Health Departments standards for sewage disposal design and provide a 100 percent replacement <br /> area as required. (Development Title Section 9-1110.5) <br /> c. There are currently two abandoned wells on the project site. The wells shall be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department prior to the issuance of building <br /> permits.
