to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. (Development Title Section 9-1135.2) <br /> f. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (Environmental Health Division) and the <br /> Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water <br /> supply in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local fire <br /> district. A test well showing that the production well will meet all applicable standards is <br /> required for Lots 7 through 23. The subdivider shall construct a public water well at the <br /> Rancho Morada Estates well site in conjunction with any development of the project <br /> beyond Lots 1 through 6 and Lot 24. The well shall be designed and constructed to the <br /> standards of the Department of Public Works and Public Health Services (Environmental <br /> Health Division) and have a minimum yield of 750 gallons per minute. Lots 1 through 6 <br /> and Lot 24 will be allowed services with no additional well. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1120.2) <br /> g. Street lighting shall be provided for the intersection of North State Route 99 Frontage <br /> Road (east) and Tudor Rose Glen. (Development Title Section 9-1150.11) <br /> h. The <br /> fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is <br /> $2,882.99 per single-family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-90304 & R-91-1025) <br /> k. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when the parcels are <br /> developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The <br /> fee currently is sl,o69.00 per single-family dwelling unit. The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent.
