f LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Street trees are required as specified in Section 9-1020.4 of the Development Title. <br /> g. NOISE WALL: The following requirements apply to this subdivision to reduce potentially <br /> significant noise impacts to a less than significant level. A sound wall shall be built along the <br /> western property line of Lot 7 and Lot 1 adjacent to the east frontage road for State Route 99. <br /> (1) Sound Wall Portion Along Lot 7 Western Property Line: <br /> A. The sound wall shall be a minimum surface weight of 3.5 to 4.0 lbs/sq. ft <br /> B. The structure must be continuous along its width and height with not gaps including <br /> where the wall meets the ground <br /> C. A minimum height of 14 feet shall be used as measured above finished pad height. <br /> D. The wall can be a combination of earth berm and solid structure as long as the specified <br /> height is achieved, <br /> E The wall shall extend from the southwest corner of Lot 7 and continue through to the <br /> northwest corner of the lot. <br /> F The wall shall wrap around the entrance to Ghana Road approximately 32 feet on the <br /> angle shown in the site plan. <br /> G. The wall shall extend a minimum of 20 feet perpendicular to the frontage road along the <br /> southern property line of Lot 7 to compensate for the height deficiency of the existing <br /> sound wall on the neighboring property. <br /> (2) Sound Wall Portion Along Lot 1 Western Property Line and along the southern and eastern <br /> property line of Lot B. <br /> A The sound wall shall be a minimum surface weight of 3.5 to 4.0 lbs/sq. ft <br /> B. The structure must be continuous along its width and height with not gaps including <br /> where the wall meets the ground. <br /> C.
