(3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> (4) Storage areas for trash shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent <br /> properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet <br /> in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in <br /> front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> f. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the <br /> northern and eastern property lines. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][1]) <br /> g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> h. TREE PRESERVATION: Future development on the parcel(s) shall be consistent <br /> with the requirements of the County's Tree Preservation Ordinance (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1505). <br /> i. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (1) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9- <br /> 1025.9 of the Development Title. <br /> j. SIGNS: All signs shall conform with the following: <br /> (1) All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from any <br /> future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> (2) All signs shall conform to the standards for signs in agricultural zones. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.4[h]) <br /> k. SETBACKS: All structures shall conform to the following setback requirements: <br /> (1) All structures shall be set back a minimum of thirty (30) feet from the front <br /> property line; ten (10) feet from the northern property line; thirty (30) feet from <br /> the southern property line; and thirty (30) feet from the rear property line. <br /> (Development Title Table 9-610.2) <br />
