Pursuant to Flow Limitation C.2, the total annual discharge flow limit of 72 million <br /> gallons per year is hereby approved. Please note that Effluent and Mass Loading Limitation <br /> D.2 is now effective. Additionally, as required under Discharge Prohibition A.1, all wastewater <br /> must be routed to the new aeration ponds and reconfigured LAAs. As required under <br /> Provision H.1 A of the WDRs, a Former Unlined Pond Closure Report summarizing the results <br /> of pond closure activities including soil excavation, verification of waste and sludge removal <br /> activities is required to be submitted by 1 October 2014. <br /> We appreciate Delicato's continued efforts to implement wastewater system improvements in <br /> accordance with the WDRs.
