Air Quality <br /> This project has been referred to the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for their comments <br /> and conditions. At this time, they have not responded regarding this application. The Initial Study did not <br /> identify any air quality impacts from this project. When the Use Permit application for the underlying <br /> project is submitted, a referral will again be submitted to the District for their comments and conditions. <br /> Green Belt <br /> The project area is currently zoned AG-40. There is no designated green belt. This project meets all <br /> General Plan locational criteria for a truck terminal. This project was referred to the Farm Bureau for their <br /> comments and conditions. At this time, they have not responded regarding this application. When the Use <br /> Permit application for the underlying project is submitted, a referral will again be submitted to the Farm <br /> Bureau for their comments and conditions. <br /> Aesthetics <br /> This project will have a large buffer zone to the north, west, and south. It will not obstruct any public scenic <br /> vista or view,create an aesthetically offensive site open to public view, or produce light or glare. All storage <br /> materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible <br /> from adjacent properties and public rights-0f--way(Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][21). All areas not <br /> used for buildings, parking, driveways,walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent <br /> facilities shall be landscaped.
