Dedication shall be made by a separate instrument. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> d. The frontage improvements for N. State Route 99 W. Frontage Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot-wide right-of-way rural collector road along <br /> the developed portion of the site. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required.for this Aevelopment. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$200.57 per daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00433) <br /> f. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$1310.00 per 1,000 gross square feet <br /> of building designated as Office. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> g.
