(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) (2) A minimum of six (6) parking spaces shall be provided for Phase One, including one (1) accessible space, which shall be van accessible. A minimum of three (3) additional spaces shall be provided for Phase Two. A minimum of twelve (12) additional parking spaces shall be provided for Phase Three, for a total of twenty-one (21) parking spaces at full build-out. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C C.R., Title 24). (One [1] space is required for every 1,000 feet of building area ) (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) Truck Parking: (3) All parking spaces for trucks and all major truck circulation lanes shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete.
