y r F 1 Storage Development Title Section 9-1022.4(4)(2) states that unless otherwise specified All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. Lighting .t The site plan dues not currently show any parking area lighting. In accordance with Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g], if the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security'lighting shall be installed: Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not.cause a hazard to motorists. Landscaping The site plan indicates a planter along a portion of the project site. Pursuant to Development Title Section 9-1020.8(a) a minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of State Route 99 E. Frontage road is required across the frontage of the project site. The applicant will be required to showthe landscape strip,'on the Commercial Building Permit site plan. All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent fatuities shall be landscaped.
