The effective date of approval is . A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for four (4) separate uses to be completed in <br /> two (2) phases as shown on the Site Plan dated September 3, 2003. The approval <br /> includes the following uses: <br /> 1). Phase 1: <br /> (a) Construction of an 11,760 square foot commercial building for repairing <br /> catering trucks and selling catering truck parts (Use Type: Truck Sales & <br /> Services-Repair) <br /> (b) Permanent parking of one (1) catering truck to provide food services to the <br /> public (Use Type: Eating Establishment-Convenience) <br /> (c) Demolition of the existing 800 square foot building. <br /> 2). Phase II (building permits shall be issued within five (5) years from the date of <br /> approval): <br /> (a) Construction of a 9,060 square foot commercial building for an automotive <br /> transmission repair shop (Use Type: Automotive Sales & Services-Repair- <br /> 3 <br />
