COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the <br /> required permits, the following time frame shall apply: <br /> 1). Building permits for Phase I shall be obtained within six (6) months from the <br /> date of approval. <br /> d. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> e. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on-site. The <br /> drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> f. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1). All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures <br /> or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) <br /> 2). A minimum of thirty (30) parking spaces shall be provided, including two (2) <br /> accessible spaces, one of which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces <br /> shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> Fifteen (15) parking spaces shall be required for Phase I and an additional <br /> fifteen (15) parking spaces shall be required for Phase ll. <br /> 3). One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> 4). All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> g. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a <br /> minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height <br /> clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in <br /> lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles <br /> are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> h. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> 1). Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet fro one-way aisles, except that in no case <br /> shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) <br /> feet wide.
