4). The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (a) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located <br /> as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (b) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" <br /> sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (c) The slope of the parking space shall not exceed '% inch per foot (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24). <br /> (d) Provide one van parking space. <br /> (e) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements <br /> (C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> n. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for <br /> a building permit: <br /> 1). A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with <br /> applicable codes and ordinances. <br /> 2).
