The County <br /> may suspend the issuance of building permits for the <br /> development of the Project Site after a noticed hearing <br /> if it finds in good faith that a clear and present <br /> emergency situation requires the suspension. <br /> D. Fees, Conditions and Dedications. DEVELOPER shall make <br /> %W those dedications and pay those fees expressly p y prescribed in this <br /> Agreement and the Project Approvals subject to the following <br /> terms and conditions : <br /> (1 ) Processing Fees. The COUNTY may charge processing fees <br /> for land use approvals, building permits and other simi- <br /> lar permits and entitlements which are in force and <br /> effect on a county-wide basis at the time application is <br /> submitted for those permits. <br /> ( 2) Traffic Smpact Fees. The exact amount of these fees and <br /> the required roadway dedication have not been specifi- <br /> cally established at this time, but DEVELOPER agrees to <br /> participate in roadway improvements in accordance with <br /> Section 3 of this Agreement . <br /> - 11 - <br />
