Phase one is planned to be 84,700 square feet of <br /> storage and a 900 square foot office. Phase two is planned to be 86,700 <br /> square feet of storage. <br /> Stockton General Plan Designation: Industrial <br /> Recommendation: Denial. The proposed project is currently within the City of <br /> Stockton's General Plan area and is located within a proposed Specific <br /> Plan for an area south of the Calaveras River, north of the Diverting <br /> Canal and east of the City's'curreht boundaries. Until such time as the <br /> Specific Plan for this area is developed, any development approvals <br /> would be premature.
