Newton Road APN: 092-190-07 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. The 100 year Flood Elevation will be approximately 01hoy (27) Feet NGVD. <br /> Newton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
