The plans must be prepared by <br /> a registered engineer or licensed architect, shall be submitted for review and approval and <br /> show the following: <br /> (a) A path of travel in compliance with Chapter 11 B of the CBC into and through all spaces in <br /> the building. <br /> (b) Restrooms conforming to the disabled access requirements in Chapter 11 B of the CBC and <br /> California Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> (c) Parking for the physically disabled located as close as possible to the primary entrance in <br /> compliance with Chapter 11 B of the CBC. <br /> (d) Any electrical, plumbing or mechanical work necessary to install the proposed equipment <br /> necessary for the shop processes. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, 209-468-3023) <br /> a. A copy of the final site plan shall be submitted prior to approval of the improvement plan. <br /> b. An encroachment permit shall be required from Caltrans for all work within the State Route 12 <br /> right-of-way. <br /> c. Prior to approval of the improvement plan, the applicant shall provide written verification from <br /> Caltrans that the following State Route 12 frontage improvements have been completed to <br /> Caltrans' satisfaction (Development Title Sections 9-100.3 and 9-1150.2): <br /> 1) Improve the westernmost driveway access. <br /> 2) Widen State Route 12 to extend the existing westbound left-turn lane at the project's main <br /> entrance. <br /> 3) Construct an eastbound right-turn lane to the project's main entrance. <br /> Note: Any additional frontage improvements options discussed in the traffic impact study shall be <br /> vetted with Caltrans. <br /> d. All vehicular parking related to applicant's proposed development shall be onsite at all times. <br /> Parking in the County or State right-of-way for all winery related events shall be prohibited.
