from the per mittee's operation, Public Works may do the work necessary to restore County roads <br /> along the haul route to equal or better than original condition, using the funds from said cash <br /> deposit or security. (Development Title Section 9-854.3) <br /> g. A maintenance agreement to ensure that all roads designated as haul routes are maintained to a <br /> condition acceptable to San Joaquin County shall be executed by the applicant. In lieu of the <br /> maintenance agreement, a one-time road maintenance fee may be acceptable to the County. <br /> Application for the in-lieu fee may be made to the Department of Public Works. <br /> h. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $164.86 per trip-end in the <br /> Escalon area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Ted Tasiopoulos, 468-0330) <br /> a. No excavations are permitted into the ground water table without specific approval from the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (California Water Code, Chapter 4. <br /> Article 3, Section 13240). <br /> b The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any watercourse or in any way <br /> contribute to the pollution thereof(California Water Code, Section 13376). <br /> c. An approved potable water supply must be provided for all employees (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1100.1). <br /> d. Approved sanitary facilities must be provided for all employees (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1100.1). <br /> 4. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT (Staff Contact: Sam Bologna, 823-3101, ext. 111) <br /> a. The owner shall be required to replace the existing pipeline and relocate it to a location along the <br /> outer perimeter of the excavation. <br /> b. The owner shall be required to submit plans to the district for review and approval by the South <br /> San Joaquin Irrigation District's Board of Directors. The following are minimum standards and <br /> conditions which shall be required to be incorporated as standards notes on the plans: <br /> (1) The land owner agrees not to perform any excavation or grading within the SSJID easement <br /> or within 15 feet of the centerline of the pipeline,whichever is greater. <br /> (2) Excavations adjacent to District easements and/or facilities shall have a minimum 3:1 slope <br /> from the excavated field to the top of the berm. <br /> (3) The landowner will take such steps as are required by the SSJID Water Superintendent to <br /> remedy any erosion on banks adjacent to the District's facilities. <br /> (4) No soil will lie stockpiled over the SSJID pipeline. <br /> (5) No heavy equipment will travel over the SSJID pipeline without approved bridging, with said <br /> bridging to be approved between SSJID and the contractor. <br /> (M Nn trepc anri/nr nihhich will he rlicnncpri of nr ctnrpri nn the RR.I Irl pacpmpnf nr fncilitipe <br />
