A minimum ten-foot-wide planting strip is required <br /> along the frontages of Seventh Street and D Street. <br /> The strip shall be continuous except where it is <br /> crossed by driveways. This strip shall contain one <br /> tree for each thirty (30) feet of frontage. <br /> (a) . All plant material within a fifteen-foot (15 ' ) <br /> triangle at the intersection of driveways and <br /> streets shall be no more than three (3) feet <br /> in height above curb level, except for trees <br /> which are trimmed so that no branches extend <br /> lower than six (6) feet above the curb level. <br /> (Section 9-3233 (h) -of the Planning Title) <br /> (2) . The following landscaping is required in the open <br /> parking areas: <br /> (A) . A minimum five percent of the area must be <br /> landscaped. <br /> (B) . One tree is required for each ten (10) parking <br /> stalls or portion thereof. <br /> (C) . Protective six (6) inch concrete curbs or <br /> standard concrete wheel stops shall be <br /> required where landscaped areas abut parking <br /> stalls or driveways. <br /> (3) . The required landscaping shall be installed as <br /> follows: <br /> (A) . Prior to issuance of the Certificate of <br /> Occupancy for Phase I all required parking lot <br /> landscaping and 130 lineal feet of frontage <br /> landscaping measured southward from the <br /> northeast corner of the property shall be <br /> installed. <br /> (B) . Prior to issuance of the Certificate of <br /> Occupancy for Phase II all additional required <br /> parking lot landscaping and frontage <br /> landscaping from the end of Phase I <br /> landscaping to a point twenty (20) feet west <br /> of the westerly driveway shall be installed. <br />
