ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> UP-91-21 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> PAVING: All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> will be required to have permanent paving of either asphalt or <br /> cement. Bumper guards will be required to protect adjacent <br /> structures, properties, and other improvements. <br /> LANDSCAPING: At a minimum, a ten- foot wide landscaped strip <br /> will be required along all public road frontages (as <br /> determined by the Department of Public Works) and within the <br /> parking areas on the site. Trees from the County ' s approved <br /> tree list will be required at thirty-foot intervals along the <br /> frontages and one for each ten parking spaces, or portions <br /> thereof, in the parking area. A minimum five percent of the <br /> area must be landscaped. <br /> PARKING SPACES: At a minimum one parking stall must be <br /> provided for every three seats in the church. The size and <br /> placement of those spaces must be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Section 9-3700 of the Planning Title. <br /> FENCING/SCREENING: A six-foot high solid wall with a three- <br /> foot wide planter will be required between the parking lot on <br /> the north side of the property. <br /> In addition to the above-noted improvements, the Development <br /> Services Division will require the church to provide a trash <br /> enclosure and limit the site to one monument-style sign. <br /> FACILITIES• <br /> The development of the proposed use with on-site services will be <br /> subject to the applicable Ordinance requirements of the Department <br /> of Public Works and the Environmental Health Division of Public <br /> Health Services. <br /> The following information will be required from the applicant in <br /> order for staff to accept and process a full application for the <br /> proposed use: <br /> • details on all the site' s existing structures and whether <br /> they will remain in use or will be removed; <br /> • information on the timing of the proposed future <br /> development; <br />
