ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS
UP-91-21
PAGE THREE
show the location, width, and specifications on all
proposed driveways, aisles, and parking spaces for the
proposed use;
provide the following fence details: existing, proposed,
and "to be removed; "
the configuration of the property must be consistent with
the description contained in the Merger applications
approved on the property; and
show the location and details of the required landscaping
and screening/fencing.
In order for the full application to be accepted as complete, it
will have to be consistent with the requirements contained in the
Use Permit application.
NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform
prospective applicants of General Plan consistency, zoning
consistency, public improvement requirements, preliminary design
constraints and opportunities, and major environmental and safety
issues. This information is provided in the hope of assisting the
applicant in submitting a better and more complete application, as
well as minimizing processing time. It is not intended to be an
in-depth analysis, and an environmental assessment is not
completed. The applicant should be aware that a detailed review
will not be done until the full application is submitted. Also, if
new or additional information is obtained, a revised application or
Environmental Impact Report may be required.
RL/KA
