Shaw Road APN: 143-270-23 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Shaw Road has an existing right-of-way width of 70 feet(28 feet west of centerline) and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 84 feet. Highway 99 has an existing and planned right-of-way width as determined by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit.
