May 4,2004 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER E04029A <br /> The subject property was not listed on any of these databases. No addresses were found on these <br /> databases within one-quarter mile of the subject property. The closest site found was a leaking <br /> underground storage tank case at 16865 Gawne Road, just over one-quarter mile south of the <br /> subject property. This leak is reported to have affected soil only and is not anticipated to have <br /> any impact on the subject property due to its location south of Little John's Creek. <br /> 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)to <br /> review file information for the subject property. According to Ms. Kimberly Campbell of the <br /> EHD, no files were found for the subject property address of 17336 East Sola Road (personal <br /> communication, April 19, 2004). <br /> .� The Underground Storage Tank Contaminated Site List,dated February 5,2004,and the LOP/Non- <br /> LOP Sites list, dated January 26, 2004, were reviewed at the EHD on April 9, 2004. No <br /> properties within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on either list. The UST <br /> -� Program Facility Inventory by Facility Name, dated April 11, 2001,was searched for the names of <br /> Longstreth,Bourbeau,Sola,Edward,and Bains. No records were found for the subject property <br /> under these names. <br /> s <br /> 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Oce of Emergency Services <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) web site was searched on <br /> September 15, 2003 in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which <br /> note any hazardous materials releases or spills on the subject property or in the vicinity of the <br /> subject property. No files were found for the subject property under the address of 17336 East <br /> Sola Road, or for the names of Longstreth, Bourbeau, Sola, Edward, and Bains. <br /> According to Ms. Michelle Halliwell of the OES, no incident reports are on file at that agency <br /> for the subject property or properties within one-quarter mile (personal communication, April <br /> 19, 2004). <br /> _ A review of the"Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge"files within one-quarter mile of the <br /> subject property was conducted on April 9, 2004. One notice involving an unknown volume of <br /> Nitro-Sul fertilizer discharged to Little John's Creek was found for a location approximately one- <br /> quarter mile east of the subject property; the date of this notice was May 19, 1991. This notice <br /> is included in Appendix F. No other notices within one-quarter mile were found. <br /> 6 <br />
